The Casita
Up to 4 people - living space approx. 80 m².
On the ground floor is the fully equipped Kitchen with dining table and a spacious living area. On the first floor you will find a double room and the bathroom. A small hallway takes you to another room (studio, office), which can also be used as a double room (sofa bed for 2 people). A few steps further and you are on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Vejer plain with a view of the sea and Morocco. With four people you can comfortably dine on the terrace... or have a sundowner.
There is a large, lockable storage space for drying laundry or storing suitcases, sports equipment, etc.
Unfortunately, Pétalos is not suitable for small children and people with limited mobility (narrow stairs). No pets!

Beaches
The endless sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz are in the immediate vicinity of Vejer. Here in the picture the beach El Palmar, 15 minutes by car from Vejer, ideal for surfing and beach life. Other beaches in the area are Conil (Beach Life/families), Bolonia (personal favorite beach), Tarifa (windsurfing/beach life).
And many more hidden bays and beaches on the coast between Tarifa and Conil... just discover them!
Discover Vejer
Vejer is one of the Andalusian "Pueblos Blancos (White Villages)" and is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain (National Geographic 2023). A few minutes' walk from Pétalos is the main square, Plaza España. Here, and in the alleys of the old town, you will find many restaurants, bars, small supermarkets and handicraft shops. There are larger supermarkets, pharmacies and specialist shops in the new town (parte nueva).
The best way to explore Vejer is to drift aimlessly through the streets of the old town. The church Divino Salvador, the castle (Alcazar) and the monastery of San Francisco are definitely worth seeing. The small city museum, very close to the church, is also worth a visit.
